TRAIL DESCRIPTION
While we did not make the full 20.2 miles, we did enjoy part of this segment of the Colorado Trail, starting at Molas Pass. This is a hike full of expanding vistas of the beautiful San Juan mountains and includes segments nestled in Aspen groves and high altitude vegetation. There is also a great small pond at the start of the trail if you would like to enjoy some fishing or just relax by the water.
